• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. User Content

By submitting content, you grant Wappdex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

Vendors who submit products agree that:

• Wappdex may review, approve, or reject submissions
• Wappdex may remove listings at its discretion

All content on Wappdex, except user-submitted content, is the property of Wappdex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WAPPDEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WAPPDEX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
